Ramsay serves as Elemental Excelerator’s Head of Partnerships and Pipeline, architecting partnerships with global utilities and corporations and ensuring that the most promising startups find their way to Elemental Excelerator. Ramsay also leads Elemental Excelerator’s role as Program Facilitator with Free Electrons, the international utility-driven accelerator focused on innovation and rapid deployment.

Ramsay joined Elemental Excelerator with 8 years of experience developing renewable energy, efficiency and smart grid projects throughout the U.S. and Asia Pacific. She focused on new market entry, channel sales, and strategic alliances within startups such as eMeter Corporation, and large organizations such as Siemens, Chevron, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Policy, Management and Planning with a Minor in Architecture from the University of Southern California. Ramsay also holds a Master of Planning and Design from the University of Melbourne with a graduate research thesis on smart grid planning and communication.
