Ankita supports the Elemental Portfolio team with the management, needs and growth of active, and alumni portfolio companies through communication materials, event and resource development, and program support.
Prior to Elemental Excelerator
Ankita found her love for the startup space through accidentally registering for an introduction to entrepreneurship class in college. The class led to a Teacher’s Assistant position. The Teacher’s Assistant position led to the Director position of UC Davis’ undergraduate startup accelerator. Ankita has previously held positions as a Data Science & Engineering Intern and Youth & Community Advocate at Emerson Collective and Secretary-General at the International Model United Nations Association.
Ankita holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Data Analytics and a minor in Statistics from the University of California, Davis.
Outside of the office
You’ll likely find Ankita hanging out at parks reading books off the list of recommendations she has sourced from everyone she meets, making a Spotify playlist for the season, or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
