As the Government Affairs Analyst, Danicole assists with research, analysis, and the evaluation of the effects of proposed legislation at the State, County, and Federal levels to support portfolio companies, innovation and the development of a clean energy economy.

Prior to Elemental Excelerator

Daniocole is an Officer with the Hawai‘i Air National Guard and previously worked with United We Dream (UWD), the largest immigrant youth-led network, advocating for the DREAM Act and rights of young people under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival policy (DACA). He graduated cum laude from American University with a Masters in Public Administration and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University. 
Danicole volunteers for cultural and social justice organizations like Halau Nohona Hawai‘i and the Legal Clinic. He is an avid surfer and volleyball player.  A self-proclaimed country boy from Waialua, Danicole decided to move back home because, in his heart, he always wanted to make a difference in Hawai’i.
