Daniella Henry
Senior Director of Policy and Community Engagement
A strategic advisor and coach with a passion for making policy work for communities, Daniella is part of an intersectional team comprised of Policy Lab, Equity and Access, and Portfolio team members.
Prior to Elemental Excelerator
Most recently, Daniella was the Director of Policy at Revel, an electric transportation company, where she led expansion and community engagement efforts across business lines. Prior to this she worked at the NYC Mayor’s Office where she led the development of Cool Neighborhoods, the City’s extreme heat plan. Prior to her time at the Mayor’s office, Daniella was in Washington, D.C. where she worked for Congressmember Karen Bass and at Power Africa, President Obama’s energy initiative on the African continent. Out of law school, Daniella gained invaluable policy experience at the Innocence Project working on the organization’s legislative efforts to prevent wrongful convictions.
Outside of the office
Daniella loves to travel, swim laps (almost) every day and spend time with her family.
