Minette Valdes

Minette joins our team from Hawaii Employers’ Mutual Insurance Company where her positive influence was among leadership support, change management and productivity training. She has over 10 years of experience as an accomplished professional directly supporting executives and teams within fortune 500 companies including Facebook, BD Biosciences and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). She is passionate about learning and development, driving efficiencies and purposeful engagements.

Minette is a proud mother of two (Faith Kai – 21 & Serenity Kalea – 17). She continues her parenting growth, evolving and starting again, as a dog mom (Koa – 2). Minette enjoys spending free time outdoors with family & good company, volunteering for church & the community or training in Martial Arts. She currently leads a young ladies self-defense life group teaching awareness, boundaries and empowerment. She has earned her black belt in Shotokan Karate and currently trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Above all, Minette strives to be a good person and be a positive contribution where she can.
