Elemental is hosting an event as the Hawaii / Pacific Island Regional Partner for the Department of Energy’s EnergyTech University Prize (EnergyTech UP). The EnergyTech UP competition awards $370,000 in cash prizes for student teams that successfully identify a promising energy technology, assess its market potential, and create a business plan for commercialization. Pacific Islands include Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). One regional winner will receive $3,000 and move on to the national competition.
