This online workshop will serve as the first convening for the Equity in Dynamic Journey. We will discuss the methodological importance of considering the position and perspective of leaders as well as members of an organization (positionality) in maximizing the impacts of The Journey. Participants will learn techniques such as how to robustly engage in reflexivity, how to understand and translate positionality, and how to weave reflexivity and positionality into different types of methodologies and management. The workshop is open to all Elemental CEOs who are attending CEO & Leadership Summit.
