Shaun supports Elemental’s circular economy and water portfolio companies and partners. He is responsible for researching industry trends and climate priorities, building a pipeline of high potential start-ups, and problem solving with portfolio companies to ensure project success. Shaun is especially passionate about collaborating with start-up founders who literally want to change the world.
Prior to Elemental Excelerator
Shaun’s professional experience spans across consulting, software, and aviation industries, where he has developed and honed his skills in strategic planning, project management, and financial analysis. He is passionate about evaluating and using technology to solve interesting problems, most recently having led an airline’s view on how big data and artificial intelligence can improve operational and fuel efficiencies, the latter of which is both good for the planet and good for business. Shaun graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Computer Engineering.

Shaun enjoys traveling, drone photography, and living vicariously through his kids’ sporting events.
